Prior to joining Course Hero, Sean was a Senior Instructor in Learning, Design, and Technology at the University of Colorado Denver. He also co-founded Digital Pedagogy Lab, an international professional development gathering for educators committed to issues of diversity, equity, inclusion, critical digital pedagogy, and imagining a new future for education. Sean co-authored An Urgency of Teachers: the Work of Critical Digital Pedagogy, and has co-edited and contributed to a number of other written works and examinations.

Annette is an Associate Professor in the English Department at the University of Pittsburgh, where she teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in literacy, composition and technology. Her research is at the intersection of computation and writing and speaks to fields as disparate as literary studies, digital humanities, computer science, education, and law. She is the author of Coding Literacy: How Computer Programming is Changing Writing (MIT Press, 2017), and has published on computer programming, blockchain technologies, intellectual property, and AI-based text generators.

At Princeton, Steven leads the GradFutures initiative on Ethics of AI for the Graduate School, to encourage Ph.D. candidates to apply their disciplinary expertise in the field of tech ethics.
