Stephanie is an associate professor and the Digital Fluency Faculty in Residence at Weber State University teaching courses focusing on instructional design, assessment, and curriculum theory. Specializing in the implementation of classroom learning communities and the bridging of social justice ideology into experiential education methodology, Stephanie assists educators across disciplines how to enhance their teaching, leadership, and relationship skills. Laura is an associate clinical professor for the professional learning, Learning Design & Technology graduate programs and for Leadership for Educational Equity EdD program within the School of Education and Human Development, University of Colorado-Denver. Laura has spent several years leading teams and researching lived experiences in the areas of coaching for equity, measuring the impact of professional learning, leading culturally responsive communities of practice, designing and teaching hybrid pedagogy, and cultivating social emotional well-being within work and learning communities.
